IN CLASS


  • NO EATING OR DRINKING IN CLASS (except baby bottles)
  • NO CELL PHONES PLEASE (this includes texting)
  • Most importantly - SING, CLAP ALONG, SMILE AND HAVE FUN!! The children learn from watching us - so let's show them how it's done :))

CANCELLATIONS
​& REFUNDS

A full refund will be issued for cancellations prior to the first class of the semester.
  • After the first class of the semester a refund of 50% of the remaining classes will be given for cancellations within the first two weeks of the semester.
  • There are NO refunds after the beginning of week three.
  • In the event of a class cancelation on the part of Downtown Aardvarks WHERE THE CLASS CAN BE RESCHEDULED,  you will be offered the choice of attending the rescheduled class, a make-up class at a future date, or a credit toward the following semester. Refunds will not be issued.
  • In the event of a class cancelation on the part of Downtown Aardvarks WHERE THE CLASS CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED,  you will be offered the choice of a make-up class, a credit toward the following semester or a full refund. 

MAKE-UPS


MAKE-UPS DO NOT ROLL OVER FROM SEMESTER TO SEMESTER. Please be mindful of this - it is a firm policy. 

You are entitled to two make-ups per semester. To schedule a make-up, please either text or email Breezy with the new class you'd like to attend.                       You may choose from any class, at any downtown location, as long as it is within your semester dates. 

PHOTO WAIVER


​As you know, when your little ones come to class we often have many great photo & video opportunities. These photos & videos may be used on the Downtown Aardvarks website, facebook & instagram pages or in promotional emails. Children are never identified by name. By signing up for class, you give your permission for photos & videos to be used in the above mentioned mediums unless you specifically request otherwise. All photos used for publicity will be available for the child’s parents to review upon request. As always, parents reserve the right to request that any photograph not be used for publicity. Thank you for helping us show other families all the fun we have in class!
